37.5 hours per week - shift pattern - Monday- Friday 
£8.25 per hour 
Cliftonville, located in Northampton are currently recruiting for an organised, attentive and motivated team player to join us as an Administration Assistant. As Administration Assistant, it will be important for you to have demonstrative experience of a similar position. Alongside your experience, you must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, building and developing strong professional relationships with your key stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of our Administration Assistants, include:

  • Collate information and complete the weekly/monthly payroll return in the absence of the Administration Manager, to include hours worked, sickness, holidays, starters and leavers, for submission to Head Office in a timely and accurate manner to meet the payroll deadline.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation and dispatch of management information to Head Office as requested.
  • To assist in the recruitment process, sending out application forms, offer letters, reference requests and DBS tracking.
  • To assist in the processing and upkeep of staff files.
  • Place purchase orders with approved suppliers, complying with procedures, to maintain appropriate stock levels and controls and ensure expenditure is contained within agreed budget limits.
  • Provide clerical support to the Manager and, when appropriate other staff, including diary management, word processing, photocopying, filing and maintaining personal records.
  • Act as reception providing a focal point for visitors and telephone enquirers, promoting a positive image and customer service approach.
  • To maintain Resident confidentiality and privacy.
  • To attend staff meetings and staff training sessions as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.
