35 hours per week - working Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm

We are now recruiting for an efficient and highly organised Administrator to support our busy Marketing department. The key responsibilities of our Administrator will include; timely collation of data from a number of sources and production of management reports, liaising with our portfolio of sixty locations countrywide and supporting members of the marketing team with their activities. 

The role would suit someone situated locally to our Group Support Centre at J15A of the M1 on the western outskirts of Northampton. The successful applicant will be based at the Support Centre, but temporary working arrangements will be discussed at interview. Applicants will initially be invited to attend a video-call interview in accordance with current guidance on social distancing. 

The ideal candidate would have an analytical mindset, some awareness of Business Facebook and other social media platforms. No experience of marketing is required, as training will be given over time to up-skill knowledge in this particular area. What is more relevant are the core attributes of organisation and attention to detail, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), plus high quality written and communication skills.
