Job Title: Senior Care Assistant (Nights)

Hours: 33.75 hours  per week 

Hourly rate: £10.20 per hour 

Alder House Care Home, in Nuthall, Nottingham is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team. If you’re a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in team leadership, then we want to hear from you. 

Please note: for this position it is essential that you hold or are working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

How you care for our residents: 
(Key responsibilities) 
  • Provide person centred care to our residents in all aspects of their daily living
  • Supervise a team of carers and support them in delivering the high-quality care Avery is rewarded for
  • Provide cover for the Senior and Nursing teams as and when needed
  • Help to promote independence and dignity in all of our residents
  • Ensure that all clinical records are kept secure and are updated at the appropriate times
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues
